Zanini has developed its own technology to manufacture decorative Radomes in the 77/79GHz band.

Several state of the art technologies are involved in the process, from areas such as injection, decorative (Zaninium ®) and protective coatings, and assembly. Fully functional parts are provided with top quality surface finishes.

Electromagnetic simulation is an integral part of the design process, leading to development time & cost reduction. It also allows full comprehension of the EM phenomena and guarantees optimum vehicle integration.

Manufactured parts have been validated with major radar OEMs, fulfilling the required attenuation and angle of arrival error. Zanini radomes bring excellent performance in adverse weather conditions.
